Shortly after graduating college I took a series of temporary jobs at the university while trying to figure out my future. Without a permanent office or a fixed schedule, I filled the gaps in my days with walks around the city, camera in hand. I was drawn to moments that expressed my own loneliness and impermanence—along with faces in store windows that stared back at me.
